Very long story..haha. i started my diet when i was 15. i only ate oats and not much protein. at that time my weight was 85. with some motivational from my friend who encourage me to jog, my weight had reduce to 65 in total. i do it in just 3 months. after several yrs i started to gain weight and now it is 90(actually i was 100kg last month). with aid of fat burner i have lost 10 kg. the problem is the physique of my body is still the same. i am aiming to get my weight to 60-70 kg and have some muscle. i just came across this site, so i hope i can find help here and get some motivation.
