About Me   

Always was the skinny guy growing up until my 30s when my metabolism took a nap and I started gaining around the center. I'm active but more with cardio and endurance. I've tried gaining muscle in the past with a trainer, and know the basics I just would prefer to run or hike with my kids than lift weight. I recently brought my body fat down from 22% to 16% by watching what I eat and increasing my activity. I'm ready to start with some body weight and weighted exercises to really blast the rest of the fat down to a goal of 12-15%. I've been listening to pod casts, am naturally averse to carbs, and started intermittent fasting to shake things up. Not eating to 12 - 1 is no problem for me, but eating the large amounts and hitting my macros (especially protein) is a bit harder but do-able. Would love motivation and support and wouldn't mind a peek at my abs one day.
