i started going to the gym back in april of 2016 but fell out of it. come june 2nd found out i was 202lbs and said i need to change myself since i have never been this high in weight ever in my life. since june 2nd i have lost 40lbs and now focusing pushing myself to be in the best shape i have ever been in
