About Me
As I got older I realized my health is even more important than when I was younger. I look at the body as a car...when it's new everything works and it's in excellent condition. But as the years go by the mileage gets high and it starts to break down. That's what happens as we age, unfortunately and it becomes an uphill battle that I refuse to give up on! I as passionate about eating healthy (NOT dieting), exercise, and drinking alot of water. I respect my body and my motto is "If you don't take care of your body, it won't take care of you." Love it and respect it.
