Growing up I was always known for being a pretty damn big kid, however, once college came round that's when I let myself go completely. Everyday I would be in the cafeteria absolutely feasting on crap like chips, candy, pizza, polish sausages, and alcohol, by May 2013 I was 5'2 and 180 lbs (would have been 200 absolutely if not for an occasional basketball game once a week). I was ridiculed on a regular basis due to my weight and short height. That's when I decided enough was enough, the summer of 2013 I began taking up weightlifting and dedicating my life to living a healthier lifestyle, everyday I would work my ass off in the gym until I simply couldn't do one more excercise and began eating the healthiest i've ever eaten my entire life. By the end of the summer I had lost 20 lbs and 7% body fat, and I have to admit if it weren't for Scott Herman's sample routines and exercise tutorials there's absolutely no way I would have gotten the same results every major compound lift (Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift) I learned through watching Scott's videos religiously over the summer, so once again thank you Scott for helping me turn my life around.
