I've been working out at a local gym on and off for a few years. In the past year, I've routinely gone 4 days a week, 1-1.5 hours each. In addition, I've incorporated some intermittent fasting/time restricted eating, and eating low carb. If I am eating carbs, it's typically sweet potatoes, potatoes or rice. After a year of this, I went from 210 lbs to at one time 165 lbs. I'm currently sitting at 175 lbs. At the gym, I feel that I've plateaued big time, and I certainly don't think I'm gaining more muscle or getting stronger. My hope is to use this program to go to the next level, gain more muscle/strength, and burn even more fat.
