About Me
44 years old Had lumbar fusion 2 years ago for S1-L4 Fast and full recovery, although bolts are still in my back. I used to always hurt and be sore. My posture was horrible. I'm trying to strengthen my back, in the process get in the best shape ever. I shoot for mass and muscle growth over cardio currently but I do work it in whenever possible.
