Tried everything.. But last month on, joined Gold's gym and have been religious in going every day except Sunday. Doing three days full body and rest three days cardio. Some times interval, some times moderate running, either in the treadmill or out. Before gym, used to run at least five days a week. On a no rice or bread diet for four weeks.. And seeing just a few changes now in my body. Was drinking every day, but now reduced to thrice a week. Read more from the blog and thinking to reduce more. It's been a month almost with full body, thinking of doing body part based now.. Any suggestions, tips, anything, will be highly appreciated. Love.. Barun
