I started out strength training when I was 13.. I felt in love with it.. Ever since I step foot in gym and started seeing how strong I was getting.. How much muscle I put it on... It changed me.. Not just physically but mentally as well.. I become more confident more powerful!! And I don't want stop! . I want keep going! I soon to become an elite powerlifter which is my goal in life.: as well as help inspire others to get into shape and share everything I know from losing weight .. To gaining muscle. I believe anything is possible .. I may not be an elite powerlifter right now .. But I have that mindset and that mindset... Is just the beginning.
