I'm not that fit. My cardio is pretty crappy. I'll be out of breath after twenty seconds of running. I have a weak lower back. I'll have to do back exercises and probably abs as well. I have shoulder impingements since high school and still do. I'll have to work around that. I've just recently re-registered to a gym near the end of September and am trying to go two time a week with a friend. Hopefully, I won't be paying a gym for nothing and not training as in the last membership. I'll be working on gaining strength for the first two months and then working on gaining mass for the next month. I'll alternate between the two.
