About Me   

I was Obese and weighed around 220 pounds as recently as December 2017. Then I took extreme measures by following a Machinist diet and lost tonnes of fat and muscle(i would not recommend this diet). I found Scott Hermann on Youtube and started my journey towards bodybuilding and now I am a healthy individual at 12% body fat and visible abs.
