About Me   

I started out in gymnastics as a kid and quit at about 6 years old. I then discovered the world of video games and got FAT like i was always uncomfortable with myself and a few months ago my doctor said i needed to watch the junk food. So I began doing research maybe 7 months ago and found you Scott and you inspired me to change my life. You gave me the push I needed. After months of research about four months ago i joined a gym and saw amazing results and want to keep going with this and never to be uncomfortable in my skin again! I will be able to go to the beach and not be self conscious. And now i can even begin seeing some abdominal definition and my back and well everything grew like crazy!
