Hi all, I have always wanted to get as lean as i could but around 3 / 4 years ago I injured myself in the gym lifting too much or just doing it wrong! Not knowing the true extent of what I had done. I carried of at the gym as long as i could! Also having a physical job become harder and harder. After months of in pain i finally gave in and saw medical help. Long story short I had slipped 2 discs in my lower back. The problem was because of my job I needed to work to earn money but because of my injury it was going to be a very long and painful recovery. Now I'm fine and ready to rock and roll I tried to do the 3 month challenge last year in 2016 but the lift style of a building ( drink , fags and cakes ) took over! I am totally determined to succeed in the 2017 challenge. Not to just win the prices but to get respect back for myself and how I used to be with a solid 6pack and under 10% body fat! Its time to put my dreams into reality ! I cant wait to get back into the group chat like early this year and get all the motivation and the kind words. people supporting everyone no matter how slim or how big. "All in it together"
