About Me   

6,5 years ago i started training eating and sleeping for three. Went from 68kg to 118kg and still not done. Training on the three heavy compounds hitting the muscle groups 1.5 times a week added with isolations for all muslce groups. Training 5 to 6 times a week for a good 1,5 hours per session. Training on 6 to 8 reps. Bulking on 5800kcal, cutting on 4500kcal
