Just a normal guy who is tired of being overweight. I started woking out and dieting 2 years ago and I lost 15kg in only a few months, then I lost my job and I was unable to keep to the diet when I lost that structure in my everyday-life, poor discipline is my worst trait by far^^ Time of being lazy is over, time to get in better shape and to get STRONG!
