About Me
Always been a very skinny guy who was never into athletics or weight training, but in recent years health and fitness has become a much more prominent focus in my life. Seeing family members struggling with bad eating habits and growing sedentary, I decided that wasn't going to be my life. I joined to follow Scott on his 12 Week Shredded contest to see how much I can alter my physique and make those good habits stick with me for life. I'm very determined and am not going to let anything stand in my way!
