After starting my work life as a lifeguard (use of the word 'work' in its loosest term) and then moving into football coaching I changed career and started working in retail. The years I had taken fitness for granted as I was pretty much doing it everyday in my work, so never worried about it...until last year I noticed that I actually started to get a belly! Then worked out it had been over 5 years since I did anything! A few months later after research I finally got my act together n hit the gym. I guess the hardest bit since then has been able to stick to a routine rather than changing it each week. Honeymoon this year in Maldives so I want to lean up, with the Vegas stag do a watch out for my goals:)
