About Me   

Lost a lot of weight and trying to tone up. Trying to find a balance in my diet. I'm not sure if I'm eating enough calories per day, but I try eat good calories (most of the time). I'm at 2600 or less calories per day and I've just started trying to at least have 200+ grams of protein per day. I know that a proper diet is key to fitness, so I'm trying to learn what my proper calorie intake and proper macros should be.
