About Me

I have a hard time gaining muscle. I have epilepsy and my medication's side effects restrict my diet and when if i have a seizure it's like my body has gone through a marathon. If I'm not constantly keeping my calories and my healthy fats up. My body will start to eat away at my muscle I fist noticed when I lost 4kg In 3 days. It's been hard but I've got my diet on the right track now and I'm getting gains.
