About Me
Wrestled for 4 years, still continue to grapple and now train in mixed martial arts. In the past year I've been training hard to gain muscle mass, however I am not as lean I wish to be. I want my whole body to be physically strong while looking aesthetic, but my biggest goals are to eventually bench twice my body weight, being able to run an 18:00 3 mile and also be at 8% body fat. I know that this is not easy by any means but I will keep all of you updated as my transformation continues.
