About Me
I started working out when I was 15, about to turn 16, and I have been training ever since, for the last 18 months. I have had my ups and downs, but I never backed out. I have gone from 72 kg-s to my 88 at the moment, and my goal is to lose fat, and get a 6 pack, without losing muscle. I have also started doing MMA since february, 2013. My body fat has decreased from 14.4% to 11.8% so far since new year, while gaining 5 kg-s of muscle and improving my water mass from 61% to 65%.
