Ever since I was a kid i was quite large and was picked on a lot because of it, when Christmas of 2013 came around I was applying for PR and had to see a doctor for general height and weight info. The Doctor said i was too large and had to loose my weight so as the start of 2014 came around I joined a karate club and went from close to 200 pounds to 145 pounds. After that i became interested in muscle building and when my 16th birthday came around I got my first exercise machine and named it "Bessy". I came about Scott Herman fitness from Scotts youtube channel as I struggle to motivate myself to actually do stuff to build muscle. He helps motivate me with information videos and motivation videos, even though I know nothing about bodybuilding scotts helped me through his videos to become informed and to do exercises safely. And besides not knowing is half the fun! :P
