About Me
I have always enjoyed lifting weights and exercise. Hard work and being active have always been a part of my life. Although I will admit to being lazy from time to time and not eating the best. The summer of 2017 was the best shape of my life. At that point I weighed 176lbs. Since then I have gained a wonderful relationship, with some not so wonderful eating habits. I ultimately just want to loook, feel, and eat better.
