Growing up was a overweight kid who ate whatever, and just sat around playing video games all day. At the age of 14 I dropped around 30 pounds over 2 months by starving myself basically, so I'd look good for high school. I ended up with a skinny fat physique. Started lifting weights in high school, but really knew nothing about proper form, reps or set ranges; and my diet was still bad also. I did start eating more once I found out that I wasn't gonna gain the weight back. Last year once I started living on my own, I started going to the gym on a regular basis, and zoned in on my dieting and went from 162lbs to 192lbs during my bulk, but I learned that I gained the weight to fast. I'm looking forward to my next bulk cycle with the knowledge I have. My cutting went way smoother I dropped the weight gradually and the pic in my profile is my current physique. Not finished by a long shot but just gonna keep grinding.
