Hi everyone just want to tell you a bit about myself. I'm 27 and and only 5ft 3in about 7 years ago I let myself go and went from around 8st 7lb to 12st 3lb in just over a year from eating junk food and now something has changed I want to get back into shape not to impress girls as I have a gorgeous girlfriend but to feel better in myself and be healthier I have been training for the last 5mounths 3-5 times a week and have done a 21 shred working out every day and leaving on chicken and brown rice and veg plus protein shakes and lost 1st 4lbs and feel so much better for it can see abit of muscle definition and a couple of abs haven't seen them for a while. Now I don't eat any crap food try to cut out as much suger as pos kg never felt so good just want to keep pushing now to get ripped shredded cut .
