With fall here everyone is in the mood for that pumpkin flavor! But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a healthy snack while satisfying that craving! This recipe is easy to make and something healthy the whole family will enjoy!


Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Muffin (Makes 12)

  • Calories: 91

  • Protein: 9 grams

  • Carbs: 10 grams

  • Fat: 1.3 grams

  • Fiber: 2 grams


Cooking Instructions

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 Scoops: BSN “CLEAN” 100% Whey Protein (Or protein of your choice)

  • 1 Cup: Rolled Oats

  • 2 Tsp: Baking Powder

  • 2 Tbsp: Cocoa Powder

  • 1/3 Cup: Stevia

  • 1 Tsp: Cinnamon

  • 2 Tsp: Pumpkin Pie Spice

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup: Egg Whites

  • ½ Cup: Unsweetened Applesauce

  • 1 Cup: Pure Pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon.

  3. Add wet ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon.

  4. Add wet and dry ingredients to a food processor or blender and mix thoroughly.

  5. Even spread mixture among cup-cake pan.

  6. OPTIONAL: If you want to add a topping such as raisins, chocolate chips or almonds, do it now before putting the muffins in the oven.

  7. Cook for 20 minutes and enjoy!
