About Me
I'm a former Marine who stopped exercising after I got out, and stopped managing my diet, and I gained over 100 pounds as a result. At my worst weight I was 333 pounds, and I'm now down to 222 pounds, and while I want to continue to see the fat fall off, I need to start developing muscle. The past year I've focused on fat loss, and I'm now back to the gym and ready to get into even better shape than when I was enlisted. I've never really committed to the gym, so I'm excited to see what I can do.
