About Me   

Age: 32. Height: 6' 0''. Weight: 160 lbs. Bodyfat %: Not sure, but I'm pretty thin. I can see my abs no problem. Goal: Strength. How long you have been exercising: A little over a year at this point. I've been doing a crawl, walk, run thing where run is me actually getting something like this PPL program going. I'm in the 'walk' phase right now pushing towards run. Daily calories: Not sure. (I know I have to get on that). Daily macros in grams: Not sure about fat or carb, but I do usually get about get about 160 grams of protein in a day. Injuries or restrictions: I work a desk job so my lower back feels it during squats/dead lifts. Doesn't really start to affect me until after the 5th or 6th set though.
