About Me   

I used to be a fitness enthusiast and used to workout 3 to 4 times a week. But due to a snowboarding accident in 2014, I had injured my should (AMCS). Haven't worked out in two years and that made a bit pudgy. I am trying to get back on track to lose the fat and gain muscle, which is hard for me to do as I fall into the Ectomorph category. Any helpful suggestions would be really appreciated.
