About Me   

Got into a bad biking accident a few years ago and shattered my right arm into roughly 50 pieces. Still can't fully extend it or bring it completely in but I'm able to lift weights again. There are some exercises I still have trouble with, like one-arm tricep extensions and push-ups. Thankfully I can do bicep curls and bench presses again. Not being able to lock my elbow is a problem for some stuff and has kept out of the 'crossfit' arena so far. I'm happy to be getting back into lifting and working off a lot of this excess weight gain. Any advice is always welcome.
