About Me
After suffering a shoulder injury due to a bone spur that was found back in 2012, I gained alot of weight. Decided to make the typical new years resolution, and get in better shape. Have stuck to that resolution and been going to my local gym at least 4 days a week for the past 11 months. I have dropped 85 lbs and have never felt better! I have learned alot so far this year, and look forward to pushing forward and becoming better and stronger than I ever have.
