Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 120 g milled old fashioned oats
- 60 g milled mix nuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 750 g ricotta cheese
- 4 tbsp stevia
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 125 g blueberries
- 4 tsp gelatin
Directions:
- Mix the oats, nuts, cinnamon & maple syrup together with a little bit of water.
- Place the mixture into a baking tray/dish.
- Bake at 180° for around 30 minutes.
- Let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Mix together ricotta, stevia, protein powder and blueberries.
- Prepare gelatin, add to the ricotta mixture and continue mixing.
- Pour the ricotta mixture onto the baked cake base.
- Put the cake into the fridge for 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
