Chances are you’re going to be craving some cake at some point during your cut, but a regular cake just isn’t going to fit into your macros. So what do you do? You make a protein cake that you can enjoy without any guilt!

  • Protein: 13.6 grams
  • Carbs: 3.5 grams
  • Fat: 1.7 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 500g curd
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Strawberries


  1. Blend curd, eggs, vanilla protein powder and almond milk together in a blender.

  2. Divide the mixture into two bowls.

  3. Add cocoa powder into the first bowl and mix.

  4. Add the cocoa powder mixture into a cake baking tray/dish.

  5. Add strawberries on top of the cocoa powder mixture.

  6. Add the remaining mixture on top of the strawberries.

  7. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

  8. Enjoy!
