Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 500g curd
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Strawberries
Directions:
- Blend curd, eggs, vanilla protein powder and almond milk together in a blender.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Add cocoa powder into the first bowl and mix.
- Add the cocoa powder mixture into a cake baking tray/dish.
- Add strawberries on top of the cocoa powder mixture.
- Add the remaining mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
