Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
Eggs
Bananas
A little bit of oil for the pan (you can use a cooking spray, I'm using canola oil)
Directions:
Smash the egg(s) into a bowl.
Put the banana(s) in the bowl as well.
Blend it until the banana is completely creamy. (I'm using a hand-held blender).
Put a little bit of oil into the pan so the egg-banana-mass doesn't stick to the pan and pour the mass into the pan.
It's done when the mass isn't liquid anymore.
So there you have it, nation! The perfect post-workout meal! Fast, tasty easy! Enjoy! ;)

The nutritional facts depend on how many eggs and bananas you use.
