For a dessert that won't blow up your physique, try making a chia pudding. You can use this as a post-workout snack or even have it for breakfast!

Cooking Instructions


  • 1/2 banana
  • 160 g fat free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 g granola
  • Blueberries


  1. Mash the half banana into a bowl.

  2. Add the yogurt, maple syrup & chia seeds to the mashed banana.

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Pour a serving of granola into a glass.

  5. Pour your chia seed mixture on top.

  6. Add blueberries (or any fruit) as a topping.

  7. Enjoy!
