Cooking Instructions


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 5 tsp stevia
  • 5 drops vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp almond milk


  1. Mash avocado in a bowl.

  2. Add vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, stevia, vanilla extract & almond milk to the mashed avocado.

  3. Mix everything together until it is a thick but creamy texture.

  4. Pour into glasses to serve.

  5. Add strawberries as a topping.

  6. Enjoy!
