Hi! My name is Nick. I started to go to the gym to gain some lean mass and selfesteem, it worked out fine for me until I injured myself at work and playing sports! I have a dislocated shoulder and some sort of tennis elbow, so I have to work hard to get back from those injuries and start gainning some lean mass again. My main goal is to get bigger and get a lower BF I want to be 185-190lbs with a 6-7 % BF losing fat for me is not a problem, but gaining lean muscle is ... I now train at home because I have some gear and not lots of money to go to the gym, so I do what I can with what I have ;)
