About Me   

At the age of 20 I weighed at 18 stone I was over weight and didn't recognise myself in the mirror so I started my journey which for the first phase (fat loss ) was going to talk me 2 years I'm now at 13 stone and my 2 years runs out at the end of September of this year. If everything goes to plan I plan on going on my first proper bulk in October
