Growing up I was a very skinny kid that suddenly had a huge weight gain as I reached age 10. Eventually I would reach, in my teenage years, around 250 lbs. I was overweight, irritable, tired, and just not in good health. I tried everything, as prescribed by my doctor, and seen no results. One day I found the reason why nothing was working. "I" didn't want to lose the weight. I was doing it because everyone was telling me I needed to loose the weight. Finally, I looked in the mirror and I decided that "I" wanted to loose the weight. I changed my diet and exercised to lose a total of 80 lbs and have kept that weight off for over 10 years!
