Gained a lot of weight after retirement from military. Luckily, I've lifted all my life and exercised very hard while in the military so I'm stronger now than when in my 30s and health is fairly good. Cardio is actually not bad considering I'm carrying 155 pounds of FAT! All my ailments are linked to morbid obesity . . . Type II Diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, etc. Biggest problems for me are not exercising consistently and eating the same diet I did when I was 16. My favorite workout is EDT . . . Escalating Density training developed by Coach Staley. High volume seems to work better for me. I'm excited about this contest but I have some REAL BIG CONCERNS about whether it's a marketing ploy or the real deal. I just want to be judged on objective performance and results. I guess time will tell whether my concerns are valid. Good luck to anyone trying this!
