    FREEFITNESS is used error.

    I'm planning to buy Platinum program but upon applying promo code, I get error that I used it before, which is not. I didn't applied this promo. Kindly help me, I want to buy platinum membership with Promo.

    What steps does one take to cancel a membership? I have sent emails to customer service but have not received a response. Thank you.

    @spb88 Hey man, downgrading to GOLD is very easy. From your profile drop-down menu (near your profile picture on the top right hand corner of your screen), you go to 'MY ACCOUNT'. On that page you will see 'Membership Type', with a button that says 'CHANGE' at the end of it. Click 'CHANGE' and you can switch between GOLD and PLATINUM memberships.

     

    I see you're back to gold now so got it sorted! Sorry for the slight delay with the response. Did you check your SPAM folder for a response to your email too?
