    Meal plan 

    3031 calories 

    186 g Protein

    516 g Carbs

    40 g Fat

    I'm just starting weight lifting, i am wondering will the low fat intake hender my weight and muscle gain ? or do i need to switch up my macros ?

    @dezkob I would definitely increase your fats and lower the carbs a little bit. You probably don't need 500g.. granted if you can gain weight without gaining too much fat while eating 500g, there's nothing wrong with that. But even if you keep your carbs at 500g, I still think you need more fat, and probably more calories overall to be honest. I'd suggest you double your fat if you can.

     

    How long have you been following these macros? Are you gaining weight? Or did you only just come up with these numbers?
