    FULL BODY ROUTINE

    July 8, 2020, 6:16 pm

Excited to start the full body routine.   3x a week right now fits my schedule.  My question is.  Are we taking any of these sets to failure and if not, how do we accurately measure progressive overload?   Thanks!!!

@lildrummerboy80 You shouldn't be taking everything to failure. You can implement it here and there. But not all the time. Maybe on the final set of one or two exercises.

You can implement progressive overload by adding more weight, doing more reps, doing more sets or doing more time under tension etc.!

Have you thought about trying the Full Body Evolution program?! https://muscularstrength.com/program/full-body-evolution
