    Pull up form check

    Hi,

    After struggling for months, I was finally able to do my first Pullups, 3 weeks back. Like literally  the first time, I ever pulled my body up without assistance. It felt good. My pull ups have improved relatively since then. Relatively being the key here 😜 

    I have seen the 7 Dumbest Pull-up mistakes video and I feel there still scope for improvement. I feel that I am missing the retracting the shoulder blades part.

    I would also want opinion from people on the forum to help me out with mistakes they see in my form or technique and possible ways to improve those?
