My favorite pre and post workout meal and why!

My favorite pre-workout meal is just something light so that I can go into my workout rearing and ready to go!  I don't like the feeling of being weighed down and sluggish if I had a big meal earlier in the day.  So I would say just some greek yogurt and mix in some fruit like strawberies blueberries and bananas.  Favorite post workout meal is chicken and veggies!  I think it's just all personal preference.  Find what works best for you!
