A fairly basic PWO with creatine, no DMAA, legal in NZ, hasnt tested positive for amphetamines or DMAA like some of the PWO's down here. Yeah it has some fillers, but overall I find it make sthe gym sessions a bit better. Plus, comparatively cheap.

Well, I always push BSN stuff... but at the end of the day I tell people to use what works! Glad you found something you like brotha!!! #HTH
I have trusted MP stuff for a while until I came across an article about protein powder spiking during testing to get amplified protein readings. Apparently they got popped for it.

That last link though will earn a little respect back. My personal opinion is BSN and MP are the top performers for sups. I prefer the NO Xplode to the Assault though because I think the NO content of the Xplode is higher, and I get a better pump. That could just be in my head though. There is one I tried once called formula 1. Stay away from it. It has amphetamines in it. I was up geeked out half the night, and I wasn't sure if I could even lift the next day. It felt like my heart might explode if I tried to train, so I took a pre workout to essentially do laundry....
