    More info about meal planner on the website

    December 24, 2019, 12:21 pm

    Hey Scott,

    I feel it would be very helpful if the website had more info on what features your meal planner has. This could encourage people to sign up for it.

    I'm currently wondering whether I should switch from the app that I currently use (MyFitnessPal) to yours, but I'm not sure what extra features it provides, and I usually like to know more about a given app before installing it.

    Does it suggest various meals for us to achieve our intake goals?

    Cheers!

    @johnbart Hey John!

    One of the really good things about the meal planner here is all of the ready made plans. If you enter some details about what you're wanting from your @mealplan, there's a good chance there is plan already on the app that you could follow without having to think of what foods to add yourself!

    Plus the app gives you grades for all of your vitamins and minerals. If you get an A grade for example, it means you're getting a perfect amount of that particular micronutrient (vitamin or mineral) and those are essential for making sure your body is properly absorbing your macros (protein, carbs and fats).

    Hope that helps!
