Hey guys, im 31, 5.7 and weight 149. Im an experienced lifter and a run 5k every few days (23minutes), as well as soccer. I was doing a 5x5 work out since the gyms have reopen and eat 1500 calories a day (i know its not a lot but i wanted to cut fat). Ive recently upped the calories to 1800 in the last week. I Dont really feel skinny but of course, the torse is an issue.
Im started the PPL work out (in about ten minutes) Im being told by the meal planner to eat 2200 calories a day! Seems a lot to me? I don't know whether to stick or twist. I don't mind being heavier I just don't want a big belly. HELP!
