Hello everyone, i recently discovered the website and i really like all the advises and decided to start with a beginner program since i almost never do bodyweight programs on a schedule before. I used Meal Planner to calculate the BMR at Motion but i dont know if i'm doing right by choosing Moderate Exercises option when im following the Beginner Bodyweight Program (Month 1 for now).
My second question is i like to eat low carb in general, not for only wieght loss but i also dont feel good when i take too much carb in a day. Is a low carb meal plan would be okay with beginner bodyweight program. Like 100g carbs at most, 110g fat, 150g proteins?
My Height : 1.77 cm
My Weight : 77 kg (170 lbs)
Body Fat % (according to US Navy Method) : 17 %
My Goal is to reach 10 % body fat on long term.
