Alright Scott I need your help again. I recently had my BF% professionally calculated and either I was way off of my guesstimation or I've been been butsting my ass getting it down. I'd like to think I've been busting my ass and working hard. Anyway, it read at 14%, when before i was just guessing at 18%. Anyway, with all your help in the last month by giving me an esitimated maco calculation by the lack of info I had, it's really made a dirastic change on my body. Thank you sir! I've since recalculated my BMR and used your formula you've provided in your latest video to figure my macros based on the newly given information. Here's what I came up with:
Weight: 160
Age: 34
BMR (avg): 2164.44
BF%: 14
FW: 22.4
LW: 137.6
Protein: 206.4
Fat (0.35): 68.8
Carb (-250) 224.05
question is since everything has help me dirastically so far, do I stick with the previous nubers you've provided or work off these new calculations? I'm afraid of miscalculating and going backwards. You've been a big help so far and I'd hate to screw it up. You're expertise is highly respected. Thanx
